At Onn Wah, we recognise that people are our most valuable asset and everyone is not just an ordinary staff, all is part of the big Onn Wah Family. Our staff strength stands over 250, of whom the largest group of staff are the technicians and engineers from Singapore, Malaysia, China and India.

We are fully committed to upgrading the skills of our engineers, technicians and support teams to meet operational needs and stay abreast of the latest technological advances in the precision engineering industry.

Besides staff development, we place a strong emphasis on employee communications to ensure that our staff are continually engaged. There is no hierarchy in the company as staff are treated with respect regardless of whichever job they are doing.

To create a holistic work environment, we also organize frequent gatherings, incentive trips, annual dinner, recreational activities and sporting events to develop our employees’ social and personal development. We are constantly staying in tune with what the staff want in the work environment and has provided the Nap Room for staff to have a quick snooze in the afternoon to refresh themselves. Based on staff feedback, we also provide in-house badminton court to adopt a healthy lifestyle in the workplace.
